Every property comes with people: the plumber who knows the boiler, the electrician, whoever plows the driveway. Contacts keeps them in one list, one tap from a call, a text or an email.
One list, wherever you are
Contacts belong to you, not to a single property, so the same list follows you from house to house. It is on your dashboard and in the phone app.
Everything you need to reach them
Save a name, company, phone number, email and address. Mark a number as a mobile and a text is one tap away. A landline gets a call button instead.
Attach them to the work
Add a contact to a project to record who did the job. Everyone who owns the property can see them there, and the project keeps its own copy, so later changes to your list do not rewrite the record.
Share a contact
Send a plumber you trust in a message, or as a contact card that opens straight in your friend's phone contacts.
Or send a copy to another PictCR user. They accept or decline it, so nothing lands in their list uninvited, and yours stays exactly as it was.
