Conversations
Invite someone by text or email into a conversation about a property, with photos in the thread.
Decisions about a property get made in text messages, emails and phone calls, and then they are lost. Conversations keeps each discussion in one thread, filed against the property it is about, with the photos right there.
One thread for each decision
Start a conversation about a property and give it a title. 'Cabinets not aligned' stays apart from 'Living room color', and each keeps its own timeline.
When a contractor writes 'this is your sign off', it is there in the thread, timestamped, next to the photo it refers to.
Invite the people who matter
Invite the contractor, the designer or a neighbor with their phone number or email address. They follow the link, sign in as themselves, and join the thread.
The invitation only works for the person it was sent to, so a forwarded link is no use to anyone else.
Photos make the point
Send a photo in the thread and everyone sees what you mean. Each photo is also filed with the property, privately, so it is in your records long after the conversation has scrolled away.
Nothing to miss
A badge on Conversations in the header shows what you have not read. Everyone you invite can reply from a phone, from the same link.
