Projects

Track a remodel, a repair or a build-out from the first quote to the final cost, with its own photos and receipts.

A project is a piece of work on a property: a kitchen remodel, a new roof, a finished basement. PictCR keeps everything about it together, so the story of the work is one tap away instead of scattered across a camera roll, an inbox and a shoebox.

Receipts that add up

Attach receipts to a project and PictCR totals what the work actually cost. Take one off and it leaves the project total without being deleted, so it still counts toward what the whole property has cost.

Who did the work

Attach the plumber, the electrician or the tile installer from your contacts. They appear on the project with a tap to call, text or email, and everyone who owns the property can see them.

The project keeps its own copy of each contact, so changing or deleting a contact later does not change the record of who did the work.

Photos, assigned to the work

Pick photos you have already captured and assign them to a project. The before, the during and the after sit together, in the order you added them.

A photo belongs to one project at a time, so nothing is counted twice. Photos you have marked private stay private.

Filed where it belongs

File a project under a room, a space or a feature when the work was confined to one, or leave it on the property as a whole.

Share the work, not the house

Give a project a public link of its own, and it works whether or not the property is shared. Or keep a project off the property's public page while the rest of it is shown. Photos marked private stay off either way.
