Tasks and reminders with priorities and due dates, and a daily home tip you can turn into a task.
Looking after a property is a list of small jobs that are easy to forget: the filter, the gutters, the batteries. To-dos and tips turns what you know into a task with a priority and a date, so it gets done.
A tip a day
Every day PictCR shows a home tip on your dashboard and on your phone's home screen. Browse them all by category: general, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and exterior.
Turn a tip into a to-do
Read a tip you like, such as replacing the thermostat batteries, and choose Create a To-do. The tip's title is filled in for you. The priority and the due date are yours to set, and nothing is added until you say so.
Prioritize it and date it
Give each to-do a priority from low to urgent, and an optional due date. Anything past its due date is marked overdue, so it stays in view.
Tick it off
Open to-dos are kept apart from the finished ones. Mark a task done and it moves to Finished, so you can see what has been handled.
On your phone too
To-dos and tips each have a place in the phone app, so the reminder is with you when you are standing in front of the thermostat.
