Photos and assets
Capture photos, files and links, file them to an area of the property, and keep private the ones that should be.
A property's story is mostly pictures and papers: the wiring before the wall was closed, the manual for the new range, the link to its warranty. Photos and assets keeps them together, described and filed, so you can find the right one when it matters.
Capture it, or drop it in
Take a photo with the phone app, or drop a whole batch of photos onto the web app. They upload one at a time with a running count, and each appears in the gallery as it lands.
Describe it and file it
Give each photo a title and a description, and file it under the room, space or feature it shows. The cabinets are found under Kitchen, not buried in a camera roll of thousands.
Choose the picture that leads
Make one image the primary and it is shown first wherever the property appears as a single picture. It takes effect at once, and the image that led before moves to second place.
A private image cannot lead, because the property's public views never show one.
Private or public, your call
Mark a photo private and it stays off the property's public views. Photos sent in a conversation start out private, so nothing leaves the thread by accident.
More than photos
Assets can be PDFs and web links as well, so the manual for the range and the link to its warranty sit with the photo of it.
