Whether it is the home you live in, the lake house or a rental, each property gets its own record in PictCR. Everything you capture is filed under the property it belongs to, so nothing gets mixed up.
Every property in one account
Add as many properties as you own. Each one has a name and an address, and its own photos, projects, receipts, to-dos and areas.
Switch in a tap
Working on more than one property? Choose the one you are working on from the property selector, and what you see follows it: the photos, the projects, the receipts and the to-dos.
Share a page, on your terms
Turn on a public page for a property to send a link to a buyer, an agent or an insurer. You choose how much of the address shows: the city and state, the full street address with a map, or nothing at all.
Projects can be kept off the page, or shared with a link of their own.
Pass it on
Selling, or handing a home to family? Offer the property to a new owner and they take it over along with its photos, projects and receipts. Their page starts out private, so nothing is published that they did not choose to publish.
